Our Fees

The broker fees will be agreed on an individual basis. Depending on the complexity of the case we may or may not charge a fee for our services of arranging the mortgage. We will discuss your mortgage need and any fee will be agreed prior to work starting. full breakdown of our fees will be provided upfront. Please note that there is no VAT payable on our services. If the case does NOT proceed (for any reason), you are not required to pay a fee.

We are Whole-of-market broker and independent!

Although we have good relationships with a many lender, we will always search the whole market to find the most suitable and financially beneficial mortgage for you. • Going through the terms and conditions of your mortgage agreement and make you aware any articles that could be unfavourable in the future.
• Overseeing your mortgage from beginning to end, working with the solicitors to execute complex cases.
